Role & responsibilities Experience in operation and trouble shooting of process in plant. Isolation and purification of different organic compound using columnchromatographic and crystallization techniques. Optimize the process parameters, what-if studies, holding studies etc. for scaleup. Investigation of OOS/OOT and stability related issues.Analytical development In R&D department Reactions performed like Hydrogenation, Brominating, Oxidation, Reduction andcondensation. Handling of Moisture sensitive reactions. Study and understand the project requirements, identifying and collection ofsuitable literature. Support lab manager to prepare weekly technical reports and other projectrelated technical documents (impurity profile tables, Plant batchdata, developmental reports) Executing assigned reactions of project.• Looking after the Safety equipment's management and maintaining it as perregulatory requirement in R&D lab.• Study the MSDS of each chemical using in every new project and makearrangement of Safety equipment's accordingly.Handled HPLC system of Agilent technologies Eriochrome (A.04.07) andversion Open Lab cds2.4• Good in Thin layer chromatography & Column chromatography.• Polymorph characterization with the aid of XRD, DSC, TGA and IRTechniques.• Having good ability to interpret analytical results like NMR, HPLC, GC,LCMS, MASS, IR & UV.Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
