Role & responsibilities As a Salesforce Developer / Techno-Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in guiding business users through successful Salesforce implementations, with a specific focus on integrating with our existing SAP ERP systems. You'll wear multiple hats, combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to drive seamless data flow and optimized workflows. Analyze business users requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations.Design, implement and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and SAP ERP using industry best practices and integration tools (SAP PI and MuleSoft).Configure Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, etc.) to meet specific business needs.Develop automated flows and data integrations to ensure smooth data exchange.Troubleshoot VF page, LWC components, triggers, APEX classes issues and provide ongoing support to business users.Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce advancements and SAP ERP integration trends.Document configurations and processes for future reference.Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams (other developers, project managers, stakeholder from various departments) and external vendors managing Olympus business applications related sales, service, and marketing.Vendor Management including negotiation, Invoice screening, Terms & Conditions and maintenance & ad-hoc payments.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with at least 3+ years of experience.Strong understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and their functionalities.In-depth knowledge of Apex trigger, Apex classes, VF Pages, Lighting Web Components with in-depth overview of SAP ERP, particularly Sales & Distribution (SD) module.Experience with Salesforce-SAP ERP integration tools and methodologies.Solid understanding of data mapping and ETL processes. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Strong Debugging SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce Security Configurations, Public Groups, Queues, Sharing Rules, Roles and Profiles. Bonus Points: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.Salesforce Certifications like Admin, PD1, Sales Cloud Consultant.

Role DescriptionIn this role you will be the Operational IT representative for the Business. You will be responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure and core end user services are running optimally, with minimal disruption to Business as Usual (BAU) systems - both internal and customer facing, within the India geographies. This position also leads the development of the Cloud and Datacentre hosting strategy and works closely with partners to architect end to end hybrid cloud solutions. Assist and validate infrastructure and cloud compatibility, security and viability with original architecture and design.Illustrative Responsibilities Cloud Fundamentals - MS Azure with at least AZ-900, better AZ-303+304 Experience in handling outsource service providers. Experience in handling Company self IT operations. To coordinate the IT infrastructure operations processes to ensure a stable IT infrastructure operation, with minimal business disruption. To be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more IT infrastructure or basic services/Towers Control, monitor and oversees implementation of IT changes with minimum disruption to IT services, and in alignment with controls and standards To drive the resolution of escalated and critical local IT incidents / requests, coordinating the response across relevant support teams, and ensures impacted users receive timely communication of resolution status Drive IT Infrastructure projects in India, and in the APAC region as required Be responsible for closing out IT audit findings in coordination with the Internal Audit team and other Global Functional IT Teams Support local/regional implementation of IT Security measurements Participate in budgeting and quality improvement activities.Minimum requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field.
