Equivalent industry experience may also be considered.Minimum 12 years of experience in welding, with at least 10 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the fabrication industry (experience with pressure vessels and heat exchangers is a plus).Strong expertise in welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Submerged Arc, etc.), welding codes, and material science for pressure vessels and heat exchangers.In-depth knowledge of ASME, API, and other welding-related standards (e.g., AWS D1.1, ISO 3834, ISO 9001).Familiarity with overlay welding techniques and the use of cladding materials.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Proficiency in welding-related software and equipment, as well as a strong understanding of fabrication drawings and blueprints.
