Position responsibilities Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase user participation, brand loyalty, and advocacy. Manage and moderate online forums, social media channels, gaming and other community platforms. Create and curate engaging content, including discussions, polls, contests, and live events. Gather and analyse community feedback to identify product and service improvements. Plan and execute online and offline community events, including meetups, product launches, gaming tournaments and workshops. Suggest content formats that work best across Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook. Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members. Support the planning & execution of online and LAN tournaments. Engage with tournament players across Discord & social media Organize AMA and Masterclass sessions with the community, tech KOLs and gaming creators. Monitor user feedback & satisfaction on social media. Keep an eye on gaming trends, viral content, and esports developments. Track social media analytics and optimize engagement strategies. Position requirements 4-7 years experience in community management, social media, or esports marketing. Prior experience in gaming, esports, or community marketing is a MUST. Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics. Ability to execute tournaments, engage players, and manage social content.
