Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social media platforms, referrals).Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule assessments.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination and offer management.Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support.Participate in employer branding initiatives and hiring events. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment software.Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
