Job Title: Online Counselling Head cum Online Digital Marketing Team Lead Location: Hyderabad Position Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Counselling Head cum Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our counselling services and online marketing initiatives. This unique role combines the expertise of providing quality online counselling and therapy while also overseeing and driving our digital marketing strategy to expand the reach of our services. You will manage both the counselling team and marketing team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and growth across both areas. Key Responsibilities: Online Counselling: Lead and Supervise the Online Counselling Team: Oversee a team of licensed counsellors and therapists, ensuring quality and consistency in the services offered. Provide support and guidance to the counselling team on best practices, ethical considerations, and ongoing training. Develop and implement counselling strategies and protocols to provide comprehensive support to clients. Client Interaction and Relationship Management: Handle escalated client concerns or cases, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Continuously assess client satisfaction and work on improving the overall client experience. Monitor and Evaluate Counselling Effectiveness: Regularly assess the effectiveness of counselling services and propose areas for improvement. Implement tools and strategies to measure client progress and satisfaction. Digital Marketing: Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, implement, and oversee the digital marketing plan to grow brand visibility and drive engagement. Utilize various channels including social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing to reach new clients and retain existing ones. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with counselling services' objectives. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and digital marketing specialists to execute campaigns. Data-Driven Approach: Analyze marketing metrics and adapt strategies based on performance data and insights. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other reporting tools to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. Content Development and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that promotes both counselling services and the companys brand. Ensure all content is aligned with the organization's values and tone, appealing to the target audience. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across digital platforms. Track and report on spend, ensuring campaigns remain within budget and meet performance expectations. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with leadership to align online counselling goals with marketing objectives. Regularly report on team performance, client outcomes, and digital marketing metrics to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to engagement. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : 10+ years of experience in counselling or therapy (online counselling preferred) and digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams in both areas. Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Campaigns, etc.). Experience in content creation and campaign management. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A deep understanding of ethical and confidentiality issues in online counselling.
