Roles and Responsibilities Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and waiting area coordination. Supervise front office staff to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of customer service. Develop strong relationships with patients through effective communication and presentation skills. Ensure accurate data entry into hospital systems for seamless record-keeping. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in an OPD or healthcare. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization). Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
