Responsibilities include assisting doctors during consultations, administering injections and vaccinations, wound care, patient education, pre- and post-procedure care, and managing medical records . The nurse should be proficient in handling minor procedures, infection control, diagnostic assistance, and patient triage . Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to ensure smooth OPD operations. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Tamil is required to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
