Job brief: We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness. Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include distributing promotional material, responding to customers queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events. If you have experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will act as our brands voice to impress our customers and attract new clients. Role & responsibilities A. Managing Events and Exhibitions Plan, Execute, Organize and Feedback Record/Follow Up of the events and exhibitions As per yearly calendar - M&S Events - Market-Wise events - Regional event calendar B. Newsletters - Insignia, Sales Echo, BV Services, Market Specific - Creation of Insignia Newsletter (quarterly), BV Services Newsletter (Campaign specific) to all external and internal stakeholders and Sales Echo (Monthly newsletter) to all the internal stakeholders. - Market-wise newsletter giving market/industry specific updates to external stakeholders. C. Mass Mailer Software Pardot - Mass Emailers - Planning, templatizing, sending to prospects, tracking and creating reports D. Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Council - Working closely with TIC Council for promotion of TIC Industry through collaterals, campaigns, events, webinars, and activities done via TIC Council E. SharePoint Websites - Handling SharePoint sites for CSR, Training, SAR Communication Resource Centre, Sales Echo and Marketing Collaterals G. Creation of Marketing Collaterals - Coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels - Advertising our company and products/services on various media - Design & Content for Brochures, Flyers and other marketing collaterals which include Banners, Standees, logos, PowerPoint presentations and other branding materials for overall SAR region. H. CSR Activities for SAR - CSR Campaign creation, content, collaterals, reporting and updating SharePoint website for CSR I. Training Sessions - Organize and manage the monthly training sessions in terms of quiz creation, monitoring the session, creating reports for the session, and updating SharePoint site for the trainings conducted. J. Creative/Design Team Management and Brand Awareness & Brand Identity of BV - Work closely with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials. Also share monthly job sheet and present findings to help guide the direction and activities of the department and complete tasks as per the timelines set Ensuring brand promotion and awareness though giveaways and corporate merchandise of BV. Maintain and monitor brand identity as per the guidelines and give ideas on further brand visibility Requirements and skills - Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role - Familiarity with B2B2S and B2C advertising campaigns - Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress - Proficiency in MS Office - Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics - Experience with marketing campaigns on social media - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good presentation skills - Diploma/Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
