Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to safety standards. Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to staff, creating a positive and productive work environment. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth store operations. Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques. Experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
