Job Title: Billing Manager Location: Belapur Department: Finance/Accounting Reports to: Finance Director/Manager CTC: 7-8 Lac Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end billing process for logistics services. Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing per contracts. Oversee customer accounts and resolve billing issues. Lead, train, and develop a team of billing staff. Generate financial reports, track revenue, and assist in audits. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration. 10+ years of experience in billing, preferably in logistics. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong understanding of logistics and billing processes. Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with logistics billing systems or ERP tools. Knowledge of international shipping and customs.
