Role & responsibilities : Desktop/ IT Infrastructure L1 Location- Chennai (Work from Office) Exp- 3+ Years Salary Budget - Up to 5 L.P.A ( Only 30 % Hike on current CTC) Laptop and desktop Activity details Configure & install laptop & desktop with default software. Resolve hardware related issues of desktop and laptops Log call with vendor for hardware related issues of desktop & laptop & Printers. Follow up with vendors for hardware related issue Fixed internet related issues System slowness & hang issue in end user laptop Desktop keyboard & mouse related issue Resolve multiple application related issue as per Team Microsoft office activation activity Windows patches manually update activity as per the os Versions in end user system..
