Job Description

Job Summary: The F&B Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating food and beverage outlets within the mall premises. This includes ensuring smooth food court operations, liaising with F&B tenants, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and enhancing the overall customer dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the food court and dining zones. Coordinate with F&B tenants to ensure compliance with mall standards and guidelines. Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene across all F&B outlets. Ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements related to FSSAI, fire safety, and waste disposal. Support marketing teams with F&B promotions, food festivals, and events. Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when needed. Track footfall and sales performance of F&B tenants; generate regular reports. Facilitate new F&B store onboarding, store openings, and fit-out coordination. Conduct periodic audits and inspections of F&B areas. Support lease and license agreement processes by providing F&B insights. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a mall, retail, or large format setup. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and retail food service norms. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
