The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in an agency setting. A strong creative portfolio is essential. Essential Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality design assets. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and print materials. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of work experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a marketing agency. Exceptional creative portfolio showcasing a range of design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with web design and UX/UI principles. Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
