Job Description

Position : HR Generalist Job Responsibilities: Taking care of daily attendance, preparing attendance report Taking care of HR communications like birthday wishes, work anniversary wishes, marriage anniversary wishes, good thoughts etc. Payroll process, leave management, payroll related reports etc., Experience working on GreytHR will be an added advantage Maintenance of all Employee master data in the system (Excel/HRMS Etc.) by updating recruitment /left employees info / Promotions/Transfers Taking care of routine PMS, confirmations in services, extension of probation and all other related matters Maintain, update as and when required, the personal files of the employees Take care of recruitment process for the vacancies shared from time to time right from sourcing candidate to making offer and closing the position Conduct various core HR activities like various meetings, events, functions, etc for E.g. Skip level meeting, Monthly events, Religious events, other functions from time to time Preparation of various MIS reports including daily attendance, late coming etc. Make presentations, data sheets, reports as and when required Be proactive and innovative in bringing in positivity, discipline and setting an example for other employees as an responsible HR member Preparation of Monthly salaries/Payroll Statements as and when required Take care of employee communications through mails, notice boards etc including birthday wishes, various anniversaries, functions, circulars, events etc as and when required Participate in all HR activities at individual level and also as a team Update all records periodically Be assertive, create a positive and healthy working environment. Connect to employees and get first hand feedbacks, reach out for solutions and help the department make the work place a desirable place Discharging various other activities as and when required in the interest of the organization To handle day today HR activities
