JOB DESCRIPTION OF MANAGER (INTERNAL AUDIT) Roles and Responsibilities: Should be leading the team size of minimum five subordinates (direct reportees). Should be able to designs internal auditing procedures and ensures they are followed. Monitors procedures for effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement. Manage transaction audit team under the pre audit environment (procure to pay). Oversees all aspects of an organization's from auditing perspective. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, etc. Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Auditing in SAP environment. Summarizing major audit observations for monthly MIS to be presented to management. Preparation and implementation of SOP for internal audit functions and various critical functions across the organisation. Conducting fraud investigations for specific areas identified during audit. Able to conduct Process Audit. Verification of Statutory Payments and Returns as per the Due Dates (PF, ESI, TDS, TCS, GST and Prof Tax) and reconciliation with the ledger balances as per the SAP accounting software. Verify/Review of Physical Stock Verification Reports prepared by the audit team on the basis of stock taking done at various Plants, Warehouses & LLM Locations. Requirements: Candidate having audit experience of manufacturing company is must. Candidate working with the C.A. firm can be referred. Candidate possess working experience with the SAP (accounting software) is more preferable. Preference should be given to local candidate. Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in internal audit and minimum 5-7 years in the position of Function Head. Educational Qualifications: M. Com./M.B.A, C.A. Inter is preferable.
