Job Description- Performance Marketing Specialist Exp-3 to 6 yrs Location-Noida Sec-63 (Hybrid) About the Role Were looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn . You’ll be responsible for full-funnel campaign execution — from setup and daily optimization to reporting and strategy refinement. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, has a pulse on industry best practices, and can drive results with efficiency and accountability. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Monitor campaigns daily , making real-time tweaks to bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting Ensure all campaigns align with performance goals like CPL, ROAS, and CAC Implement A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices Track performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools Create structured and insightful weekly/monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and next steps Collaborate with content, creative, and client-facing teams to align on strategy and execution Ensure tracking is accurate using UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion APIs Comfortable using AI tools to optimize workflows, generate insights, and stay ahead of the curve in campaign performance . Must-Haves 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience at an agency Proven success in running and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Strong command over campaign structures, audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel building Obsessed with tracking, reporting, and optimizing Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills Ability to handle multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves Google & Meta certifications Familiarity with programmatic, YouTube ads, or affiliate marketing Experience working with B2B or SaaS funnels Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Knowledge of SEO and organic performance channels
