We do have an excellent Job opportunity for the position of Sales executive/ team lead with one of our esteem Real estate organisation in Bangalore (ulsoor road) Job Title: Sales Executive / Team Lead Location: Bangalore Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate and construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and managing client relationships to drive sales of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction landscape. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Meet with potential clients to understand their property needs and present suitable project offerings. Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management regularly. Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management with existing and potential clients. Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 3 - 8 years of experience in real estate or construction sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling residential or commercial projects. Knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation, and RERA guidelines. Fluency in local language(s) along with English.
