Time Management: Able to work under pressure and deliver on-time Job Description of Project Coordinator: P roject Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing and managing project schedules. Organize project meetings and help in tracking progress. Ensure all project activities align with set timelines and objectives. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Prepare and submit project reports for internal. Document meeting notes, action items, and deliverables. Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and issues. Work with the project manager to develop solutions for challenges and delays. Implement corrective actions as required to keep the project on track. Project Execution Support: Support the project manager in delivering the project on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensure that all project tasks are completed efficiently and according to project requirements.
