JD – Operation ExecutiveAbout Morphedo:Morphedo is a technology-driven product development company focused on engineering innovation across Aerospace & Defence, Medical Devices, and IoT/Embedded Systems. We collaborate with leading organizations to transform high-impact ideas into market-ready solutions by integrating design, electronics, software, and manufacturing capabilities. Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and performance-oriented Operations Executive to oversee critical functions spanning production planning, mechanical assembly coordination, project execution, billing, and operations reporting. This cross-functional role is essential in ensuring seamless integration between engineering, procurement, fabrication, and finance to drive efficiency, quality, and delivery across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:Operations & Assembly ManagementOversee and coordinate mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly processes, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and production schedules.Work closely with internal design teams and external vendors, including body shop and fabrication units, to ensure quality and timeline compliance. Project Planning & ControlDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines in coordination with technical and program management teams.Monitor project progress, resource utilization, material readiness, and cost efficiency against defined KPIs. Billing & Procurement CoordinationCollaborate with the finance and procurement departments to manage billing cycles, purchase orders (POs), vendor payments, and cost tracking.Ensure timely documentation and processing of invoices, delivery notes, and related financial records. MIS & ReportingDesign and maintain Management Information System (MIS) dashboards and reports to track operational metrics, project statuses, and performance indicators.Provide actionable insights and weekly reporting to senior management. Process Improvement & SOP ImplementationDevelop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operations, including assembly workflows, inventory management, and vendor coordination.Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and enhance quality. Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a central point of coordination between engineering (mechanical/electrical), production, quality, and supply chain teams.Align operational activities with technical objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and synchronized throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within a product development or engineering services environment.Proficient in project planning tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint).Strong understanding of mechanical/electro-mechanical production workflows and quality control practices.Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems and project management platforms (e.g., Zoho Projects, MS Project, Jira).Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.Familiarity with cost tracking, procurement documentation, and vendor evaluation.
