Role & responsibilities 1. Collection of all the Documents, Cheques, Photos with to open investment accounts for Mutual Funds and corporate fixed deposits. 2. KYC Completion of Clients 3. Client Data Gathering and Completion of Risk Profiling. 4. Completion of the Mutual Fund transaction forms 5. Submission of Forms to CAMS, K- Fintech and Respective AMCs 6. Scanning of Documents and Uploading to the CRM Drive of Respective Clients and other Web Portals 7. Be able to carry on transaction online through through the BSE Star MF or MF utility. 8. Should be able to work and update the Data on Software etc. 9. Checking if the feed is Updated and Data Reconciliation and Data Management. 10. Check the Clients Investments and Check whether Clients portfolios are matching with their Financial Goals, If there is major deviation then immediately bring that to the notice of the senior. 11. To be able to crosscheck that the investment, redemption, purchase has been effectively done and communicate to client. 12. Be able to do portfolio review of the Investments of the Client. 13. Be able to generate various kinds of reports and to send to the client regularly Preferred candidate profile Preferred Qualifications: Graduates or Post Graudates Required Knowledge and Skills: English Reading and Writing Skills, Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati Language, Computer Knowledge - Word, Excel, Power Point, E Mailing Skills , Investment Markets and Products Knowledge , Tax Knowledge etc. Special Trait & Qualities: Good Communications Skills, Self-Discipline , Punctuality , Growing Mindset , Open for Feed back Past Experience: 1 to 2 Years Experience in the relevant job is preferred.
