Here's the job description: Job Title: Back-end Operations Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraudulent activity - Conduct thorough investigations and document findings - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve fraudulent cases - Maintain accurate records and reports - Provide exceptional customer service Requirements: - Good typing speed and accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and analytical skills - Preferably male candidates Work Schedule: - Shift timings: - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM to 9:30 PM (rotational shifts) Week off - One rotational off Max Gross Salary - 25000
