Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
