Role & responsibilities Excellent People Management skills Developing and Managing client relationships Oversee multiple premium and ultra premium Residential sites, Ensuring smooth operations and service quality. Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization. Handle GP management and drive profitability. Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely collections. Provide training and guidance to FM / AFM and other site team members on soft skills, operations & maintenance and standards. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in managing residential operations. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and vendor relationships. Strong understanding of soft skills, MEP, STP, WTP, housekeeping, security and other allied FM services Excellent communication skills support Business Development and Transition teams as required Perks and benefits PF, Health Insurance, RNR etc.
