Krad Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational efficiency at our Noida branch. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a background in managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end operations for the Noida branch Drive performance metrics, process improvements, and ensure operational excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management Handle client escalations and ensure quality standards are maintained Requirements Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams and lead in a dynamic environment Strategic mindset with attention to detail Experience in BPO/Travel/Customer Service domains will be a plus Open to both Male and Female candidates Salary 12 15 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance) This job is provided by Shine.com Show more Show less
