Job Description

To oversee the daily operations of VGP Marine Kingdom, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient facility management, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Handling (High Priority) Lead and manage customer service operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance the visitor experience and ensure repeat visits. Facility Management Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of all facilities, ensuring they meet safety and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams to manage regular inspections, repairs, and upgrades of equipment and infrastructure. Work closely with the water quality team to ensure all aquatic exhibits are maintained to the highest standards. Vendor and Government Relations Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services. Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Team Leadership and Coordination Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting and Compliance Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and assessments. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in operations management, particularly in the service sector such as malls, theaters, or airports. Proven expertise in customer handling and enhancing guest experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with vendor management and regulatory compliance.
