We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations & Service Manager to lead service operations and enhance overall business efficiency at Shimla head office. This role requires overseeing service delivery, installation, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the project, installation, and delivery of IT services, along with other matters related to service protocol for clients, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related issues, building and maintaining strong client relationships. For project execution, you need to visit client locations across India. Lead and manage the service engineer team, including service desk staff and technical support personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support as a team leader. Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors to ensure seamless service operations. Lead incident and problem management efforts, ensuring prompt resolution of IT and service-related issues. Drive service revenue from end customers by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: The job is travel-based and requires visiting customer locations. Own conveyance and a laptop are desirable (a valid license is required). Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in the similar service industry is desirable. Salary: Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills. This is full-time. TA/DA as per company policy. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
