1. Process mutual fund transactions and client requests accurately. 2. Maintain and update client records in the system. 3. Prepare reports and manage account documentation . 4. Coordinate with banks, asset management companies (AMCs), and clients for seamless transactions. 5. Handle client queries through email and phone professionally 6. Support the sales team with essential back-office tasks. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
