Job Description

Assist ophthalmic surgeons during eye surgeries. Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, OT equipment, and supplies. Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols. Position patients appropriately before surgery and provide necessary support. Assist in pre- and post-operative patient care. Maintain OT cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of medical waste. Keep track of OT inventory and request necessary supplies. Coordinate with nurses and doctors for smooth OT operations. Document and record procedures as per hospital guidelines.
