This role requires overseeing service after sales, service delivery, installation, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Lead the service engineering team, including service desk and technical support staff. Provide training, guidance, and performance support. Travel to client locations across India for project execution and coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for smooth operations. Lead incident/problem resolution efforts and identify business opportunities to drive service revenue from end customers. Desired Candidate Profile: The job is travel-based and requires visiting customer locations. Own conveyance and a laptop are desirable (a valid license is required).
