Job Title: Technical Operations Assistant (Preference to male candidates) Location : Noida -Work from office Department : Technology / Engineering Reports To : Chief Technical Officer Job Summary We are looking for a Operations Assistant with a Technical mindset to collaborate closely with the Chief Technical Officer in managing daily operations, tracking project progress, coordinating technical meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of technical functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of technical processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Follow-ups Assist in tracking ongoing technical projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Gather project updates and compile reports for the Technical Head. Liaise with different teams to collect feedback and identify roadblocks. Meeting Coordination & Documentation Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action points. Maintain a record of key discussions and decisions for future reference. Technical Support & Communication Act as a bridge between the CTO and different departments. Communicate technical updates, changes, and priorities to relevant stakeholders. Draft emails, reports, and presentations as needed. Operational & Administrative Assistance Handle daily administrative tasks related to technical operations. Assist in organizing technical documentation, reports, and data. Manage the calendar of the CTO and coordinate appointments. Process Improvement & Research Support in analyzing workflows and suggesting improvements for efficiency. Conduct research on new technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Requirements Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in technical coordination, project management, or administrative roles in a technical environment. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Soft Skills : Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines. Proactive mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the IT, software, or engineering industry. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
