What You ll Do: Prepare financial reports and statements, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct cyclical audits. Create ad-hoc reports to address various business needs. Prepare and organize tax documents. Compile and analyze financial statements. Oversee budgeting and forecasting. Manage and maintain financial documents using Excel. Regularly interact with external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience). Solid experience in accounting and finance. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (intermediate to advanced level). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with accounting software is preferable. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation. Highly detail-oriented. Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
