Must have skills : Microsoft Active Directory Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and monitor the performance of production systems and services. Identify and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise. Ensure compliance with operational requirements and service agreements. Implement and maintain best practices for system and service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with system administration and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Knowledge of security principles and best practices. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
