Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to drive business results. Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize processes. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Lead Kaizen events to drive rapid improvement and implement changes Conduct value stream mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations excellence and continuous improvement, preferably in the automotive industry
