Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage, optimize, and enhance GMB profiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate business listings, optimization, re-optimization and implementing Google content updates. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings to enhance visibility and engagement. Monitor and implement Google content updates to ensure compliance with the latest policies. Re-optimize the profiles at regular intervals or as per requirement. Perform routine data entry, updates, and verification to maintain listing accuracy. Improve local SEO by optimizing business descriptions, categories, and images. Handle customer escalation & close them as per TAT. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to align GMB strategies with overall business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets. Knowledge of Google Content Updates, Local SEO, and ranking factors. (Not mandatory) Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Ability to read basic reports & take action accordingly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Independent worker who can handle tasks with minimal supervision. A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Fresher / People with work experience of 1-3 years. The minimum educational qualification required is a Bachelors degree in any field. Prior experience in GMB management, digital marketing, or local SEO is added advantage.
