Role & responsibilities Communication with the client over the phone & Email Management of reservations software & training drivers for usage of app Management of Fleet and Drivers including tracking of vehicles Maintenance of documents and records related to the work. Monitoring the car movement through GPS tracking Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods. Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to meet the client satisfaction. Management of Petty Cash Preferred candidate profile Candidates preferably should have experience in the same field. Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside organization. Ability take ownership for Customer needs. Candidate should have pleasing personality with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) in English and the local language
