OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Location: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–3 years (no Freshers)ONLY MUMBAI APPLICANTS WITH ECOMM EXPERIENCE ABOUT USWe are a growing Ecommerce startup committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless operations. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and help us build scalable systems and processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOrder Management:Process daily orders across platforms (e-commerce website, marketplaces, etc.)Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for timely dispatch and deliveryInventory Management:Monitor stock levels, manage inward/outward flow, and ensure accurate inventory trackingAssist in reconciling physical vs. system stock discrepanciesVendor & Partner Coordination:Communicate with third-party logistics (3PL), packaging vendors, and other suppliersFollow up on deliveries, returns, and issue resolutionCustomer Experience Support:Resolve operational issues that affect customer orders, delivery, or returnsLiaise with the customer support team to improve post-order serviceReporting & Optimization:Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboardsAssist in identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillmentProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;Experience with Amazon & other marketplacesKnowledge of Tally for inventory managementStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitaskingStartup experience is a plus but not mandatory WHY JOIN USBe part of a passionate, collaborative, and agile teamGet exposure to the entire backend engine of a growing brandOpportunity to work closely with founders and core teamsLearn and grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment
