About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods. 2. Manage and monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, quality standards, and timelines. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in supply chain operations. 4. Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, favorable terms, and improved service levels. 5. Track inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations. 6. Maintain accurate records of transactions, orders, and inventory using supply chain management software. 7. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement. 8. Resolve issues related to vendor discrepancies, delivery delays, or quality concerns. 9. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and vendor relationships. 10. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the supply chain process.
