Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, supervising equipment deployment, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a field and office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities Coordinate deployment and return of boomlifts and cranes across various project sites. Coordinate maintenance and repair of our fleet. Liaise with clients, operators, and transport vendors to ensure timely equipment delivery and pickup. Monitor equipment health, schedule servicing, and manage breakdown response. Maintain records of rental contracts, equipment availability, and utilization. Track operator attendance, site reports, and customer feedback. Support the team in resource planning, route optimization, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols on-site. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or equipment rentals (experience in construction equipment rental is a plus). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
