Responsibilities: Handling customers via inbound and outbound calls & Emails related to Pickups, delivery schedule, Recovery & Defaults. Basic handling of OPS MIS and Excel data entry. Direct interaction with the internal core teams for including the Finance team. Drafting Mails and Templates for recovery process.
