Designation : Operations Manager Experience : 5+ Years Location : Bangalore (Banaswadi) - WFO Notice Period: Immediate Joiner JD : Operations Manager Should have fluent written and Oral English communication Should have handled at least a team of 50 Agents Should be in a client facing role, for atleast 3 years from total years of experience. Should be process oriented- Example ( Occupancy data / Operations report ) Should be good with Excel and Power point. Working knowledge of Power Bi preferred Any certification like Six Sigma ( Green Belt ) and above will be preferred. Previous experience in Design / Marketing / Post -Production companies will be ideal but not mandatory
