Job Title: Project Execution Head Company: Can Image Media Tech (CIMT) Location: Vasai, Maharashtra, India Reporting Manager: Promoter of Can Image Media Tech Role Overview: The Project Execution Head will lead large-scale wall painting advertising projects, particularly for top clients Govt, FMCG. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and vendor management while ensuring high-quality, sustainable results. The individual will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Lead the overall strategic planning and oversee the execution of wall painting projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Ensure that project timelines, resources, and budgets are effectively managed by project teams. Ensure that client requirements and company standards are met at each phase of the project. Experience in handling multiple short term Project Vendor Management : Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with trusted vendors. Oversee the training, performance evaluations, and resource allocation for vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Quality Control & Site Supervision : Ensure that projects meet the highest standards of execution and client satisfaction. Lead the supervision of field teams to ensure site activities are conducted in accordance with quality expectations and client specifications. Client & Vendor Billing : Oversee the timely and accurate billing processes for both clients and vendors, ensuring financial transparency and compliance. Act as the point of contact for resolving on-field billing issues and maintaining strong client relationships. Digital Transformation : Lead the digital transformation of project management processes to improve operational efficiency. Guide the implementation and adoption of project management tools to enhance communication, tracking, and execution. Team Leadership & Expansion : Lead the growth and expansion of a nationwide project execution team to support large-scale projects. Mentor and onboard new team members while cultivating a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. Sustainability Focus : Champion the integration of sustainable and eco-friendly practices across all stages of project execution, from planning to delivery. Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 15 years in project management, preferably in OOH a Advertising & OOH Media Construction/Infrastructure Event Management BPO Industry Installation/Setup Projects (Hardware, IT, Telecom) Certification: PMP or equivalent certification in project management. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
