Oversee daily operations, streamline processes, manage compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of products/services. Roles and Responsibilites: Monitor and optimize operational processes across departments. Create SOPs and ensure adherence. Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance. Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence. Coordinate with tech/product teams for smooth implementation. Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, project management tools. Good communication and team management skills. Knowledge of operational metrics and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
