Job description Designation : Operations Manager Process: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Employment Mode : Full-time Work location: Pune (WFO only) Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift) Roles and Responsibilities : Lead and manage the medical billing process, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management. Collaborate with healthcare providers to address issues related to patient care and revenue cycle management. Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate and secure patient data records. Evaluate performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improving operational efficiency. Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical billing department, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile : Must be a graduate. 9-13 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, with in-depth expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Strong proficiency in medical billing, denial management, payment posting, and HIPAA compliance. Proven success in enhancing operational efficiency through process optimisation. Demonstrates excellent people management skills. Willing to work from an office in the US shift timezone Skills : Expert-level knowledge of medical billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. In-depth understanding of healthcare billing codes, payer policies, and RCM best practices. Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
