Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Coordinate with department heads to align operational objectives with company goals. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service and cost. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with labour standards and internal policies. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulatory frameworks (India and U.S). Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership. Ensure full compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Companies Act .. Maintain and enhance internal control systems and governance mechanisms to safeguard organizational assets and ensure operational integrity. Prepare and manage corporate filings, board resolutions, minutes, and other documentation required under applicable laws. Monitor and interpret changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks and assess their impact on the organization. Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance, Operations and corporate compliance roles, preferably within a corporate, financial, or multinational environment. Strong expertise in budgeting, operations, and Compliance . Demonstrated knowledge of operations software tools, corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
