The Job They are currently seeking to identify experienced and highly motivated professionals who can fuel the growth of the business with excellent operational understanding and service delivery. We are seeking to identify a specialist for managing operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of operations leads, providing them with feedback and training, reviewing operations processes to suggest improvements, ensuring the lowest possible Turnaround Time (TAT), and managing vendors by providing consistent feedback and escalating issues. This position will be based at the companys corporate office in Bangalore. Key roles and responsibilities include: - Manage team of operations leads. Provide feedback and training to operations leads. Review operations processes and suggest improvements. Ensure lowest possible TAT Provide vendor team consistent feedback on quality of vendors. Escalate any vendor related issues to vendor team immediately. Keeping process TAT within agreed SLA. Escalate vendor issues promptly to the vendor management team. Your Profile 5+ years of experience in specialized fields such as travel, gifting, food, logistics Experience in managing teams Familiarity with vendor management Familiarity with secretarial processes.
