Strong understanding of health insurance products, renewal cycles, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering operational excellence. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
