Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Order Processing: Process customer orders, including verifying order details, checking inventory availability, and scheduling shipments. 2. Shipment Planning: Plan and schedule shipments, including selecting transportation modes, carriers, and routes. 3. Load Planning and Optimization: Plan and optimize loads to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact. 4. Carrier Management: Manage relationships with transportation carriers, including negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and resolving issues. 5. Delivery Scheduling: Schedule deliveries with customers, including coordinating with transportation carriers and managing delivery exceptions. 6. Tracking and Tracing: Track and trace shipments, including monitoring shipment status, updating customers, and resolving delivery issues. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and shipment reports. Preferred candidate profile Female candidate having min. 6 years of working experience in manufacturing unit.
