Skill Set Functional having Banking and Oracle Banking Products Knowledge Primary Skillset: Good understanding of having functional knowledge in Banking, conducting training, strong verbal and written communication, analytic and assessment skills. Secondary skillset: Work with individual LOB that includes training videos, training documentation, Oracle University material (OU), partner training progs Good understanding of training tools to build training material Reviews existing training materials produced by teams to determine appropriateness and relevance Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment and coordinates course enrolment Detailed Job Description Resource should have good Banking and Functional Knowledge, having knowledge on Core Banking including Oracle Banking Products Required Experience5 to 8 Years
