Job Overview We are seeking a Network Support Engineer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewalls. The role involves maintaining network security, troubleshooting issues, configuring devices, and ensuring smooth network operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls to ensure optimal network performance and security. Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring minimum downtime. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation. Handle LAN, WAN, and VPN issues effectively. Perform regular network audits and upgrades to enhance security and efficiency. Document all network activities, configurations, and solutions accurately. Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly. Assist with the installation and configuration of network devices and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Certification: MCSE / CCNA or an equivalent diploma (mandatory) Proficiency with Fortinet Firewall is mandatory. Basic knowledge of email protocols and professional mail writing. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills (basic email writing and documentation). Shift Timing & Location Shift Timings - Rotational Work from the office & 6 days of work Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network support (with no gaps). Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing services and infrastructure, specifically involving Cloudflare, GoDaddy, and Improvmx . The ideal candidate will understand DNS management, website hosting, email routing, and security best practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Cloudflare Management: Configure, monitor and manage Cloudflare settings to ensure optimal performance and security for websites and applications. Handle DNS configuration, load balancing, caching, and content delivery network (CDN) management through Cloudflare. Implement security features such as SSL certificates, WAF (Web Application Firewall), DDoS protection, and bot mitigation. Troubleshoot and resolve any performance or security-related issues on Cloudflare, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. GoDaddy Domain and Hosting Management: Manage domain registrations, DNS settings, and hosting services via GoDaddy. Ensure domain configurations are aligned with company needs, including DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) for website and email services. Oversee website hosting configurations and email services through GoDaddy. Ensure reliable and secure uptime for websites and services hosted on GoDaddy. Improvmx Email Routing and Management: Configure and manage email forwarding and routing through Improvmx for company domain(s). Handle the setup of custom email aliases, and routing rules, and ensure proper integration with third-party email clients or services. Maintain email deliverability standards and troubleshoot issues related to email forwarding, spam filtering, and performance. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the integrity of web assets and communications. Ensure proper email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are in place to reduce spam and phishing risks. Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations. Collaboration Documentation: Work closely with development, IT operations, and security teams to ensure seamless infrastructure deployment and integration. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for all services under your purview. Incident Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, escalate, and resolve issues related to Cloudflare, GoDaddy hosting, and Improvmx email routing. Provide timely support during outages or incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal disruption to users and business operations. Knowledge and Skills Required Hands-on experience with domain registration, DNS management, SSL configuration, and website hosting. Experience in email routing Familiarity with web security practices (SSL, TLS, DDoS protection, WAF) and performance optimization. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolution and minimal downtime. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively. Strong customer service orientation, providing support to internal teams and clients as needed. Working Conditions: Full-time position with flexible working hours or hybrid remote work options. Travel may not be required but may be needed for on-site support or training. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cloudflare Certified, GoDaddy Professional, etc.) are a plus.
